Dr. Timothy Hamilton has officially joined the team at the Nevada Heart & Vascular Center in Las Vegas, bringing over 25 years of expertise in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. As a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), Hamilton has previously served as a staff surgeon and medical director of a cardiovascular and thoracic oncology surgery program at a prominent local hospital.

Background and Qualifications

Hamilton, a lifelong resident of Nevada, holds a degree in pre-professional biology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He is also a diplomate of both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.

His professional training included significant time at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, after which he returned to Las Vegas to serve the community.
