White House Official Slams Jen Psaki Over Usha Vance Remarks

URGENT UPDATE: A heated exchange has erupted between the White House and former press secretary Jen Psaki following her controversial comments about Usha Vance, wife of Vice President JD Vance. In an episode of the podcast I’ve Had It released on October 24, 2023, Psaki raised eyebrows by questioning Usha’s well-being, saying, “Like, are you OK? Please blink four times. Come over here, we’ll save you.”
The backlash was swift. Steven Cheung, the current White House director of communications, took to X to respond sharply, labeling Psaki a “dumbass” and a “moron.” He accused her of projecting her own issues onto others, stating, “Psaki must be transferring her own personal issues onto others,” and shared the clip of her remarks to bolster his claims.
Psaki’s comments did not stop there. She further stirred controversy by suggesting that JD Vance is “scarier in certain ways” than former President Donald Trump, calling him “a chameleon who makes himself into whatever he thinks the audience wants to hear.” She concluded that Vance lacks the charisma, or “rizz,” necessary to lead within the MAGA movement.
The tensions highlight a growing divide within political circles as Psaki’s remarks have drawn both ire and support from various commentators. As a prominent voice on MSNBC, she has positioned herself as a critic of the current administration, and her recent comments are likely to fuel ongoing discussions about political decorum and the nature of public discourse.
