Announced on January 4, 2026, this collaboration aims to enhance urban delivery systems across Europe, utilizing artificial intelligence to create an efficient, intelligent, and sustainable logistics ecosystem.
The partnership signifies a significant expansion of Neolix’s global presence and introduces innovative Chinese technology into the European smart logistics sector. Neolix is recognized for its expertise in RoboVan research and development, manufacturing, and services. Its products meet stringent safety standards, having received certification from TÜV Rheinland, a respected authority in the field, and comply with over 20 ECE/EU regulations. This compliance allows the company’s vehicles to adapt to a variety of urban delivery requirements.
Neolix’s autonomous vehicles are currently operational in 15 countries and regions, with a cumulative deployment volume surpassing 15,000 units. Meanwhile, Luxmea, a brand under Baodao Vehicle Industry, is well-known for its electric cargo bikes and solutions that cater to urban smart mobility. The company’s electric cargo bikes have established a solid foundation for last-mile delivery, effectively addressing the specific needs of urban logistics.
Luxmea’s supply chain network spans both China and Europe, providing it with extensive market resources. To date, more than 550,000 electric bikes produced by Luxmea are in service across Europe, supporting various logistics clients and contributing to the transition towards cleaner, smarter, and more interconnected urban mobility solutions.
Under the terms of their agreement, Neolix and Luxmea will capitalize on their complementary strengths to serve major logistics enterprises and address last-mile delivery challenges.
