Over the weekend, Heart took to Instagram to share a series of messages that she claims were exchanged between them. In these messages, she accuses Benzino of being bisexual and allegedly having a relationship with singer Bobby V.
In one of the messages, Heart expressed her frustration, saying, “You was actually f*cking Bobby V.! Please. I tried to love you.” She further emphasized the emotional toll on her, mentioning, “I have my last to provide as a mother so you feel good about me losing my homes.” When Benzino did not respond, Heart pressed further, stating, “So you’re admitting your bisexuality omg.”
In the post’s caption, Heart added, “Middle finger emoji everyone who did me dirty in 2025! @bobbyvshow… You #men are #nasty & #dirty.” This pointed message indicates the intensity of their breakup and the feelings that have resurfaced.
On Monday morning, Benzino responded to Heart’s accusations in his own Instagram video, announcing his intention to file a lawsuit against her for defamation. “I don’t want to discuss too much about this because this is gonna be in the courts,” he stated. “I’m gonna be taking a lawsuit for defamation of character against this woman that’s defamed my name.” He expressed disappointment over the public nature of their disputes and mentioned that he and his current partner are striving for a quieter life away from the spotlight.
This is not the first instance where Benzino has addressed speculation about his sexuality. In 2023, he took to X (formerly Twitter) to clarify his stance, urging members of the LGBTQ+ community to cease flirtatious comments directed at him. “Attention to all in the LGBTQ, abcd!!! I respect y’all’s movement and your decision to be who you want to be BUT STOP THE WEIRD SH*T WITH THE COMMENTS AND FLIRTING. I’M NOT F*CKING FLATTERED BECAUSE I’M NOT GAY!!” he wrote at that time.
