A new fast-casual dining option is set to enhance the culinary landscape at the Plymouth Meeting Shopping Center in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant chain, NAYA, will occupy a 2,450-square-foot space previously held by Five Guys. This expansion marks another step in NAYA’s growth, which currently operates 40 locations across several states.
Founded in 2008 by Hady Kfoury, NAYA began as a full-service restaurant named NAYA Mezze and Grill in New York City. Kfoury, who grew up in Beirut, Lebanon, aimed to bring authentic Lebanese flavors to the United States. His concept quickly gained traction, leading to the development of a fast-casual model that retains the bold, traditional tastes that originally inspired him.
At NAYA, diners can customize their meals from a variety of options. The menu includes bowls, wraps, and salads where customers select a base such as vermicelli rice, brown rice and lentils, romaine, seasonal greens, or pita. Proteins include chicken or beef shawarma, chicken or lamb kebabs, falafel, and roasted cauliflower. Toppings range from hummus and baba ghanouj to pickled vegetables and garlic whip, with unlimited choices available. The offerings cater to a diverse clientele with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options.
With its emphasis on fresh ingredients and traditional flavors, NAYA aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for all diners. The Conshohocken location will contribute to the brand’s expanding footprint, as it seeks to introduce its unique culinary experience to a broader audience.
Though NAYA has yet to announce an official opening date, interested patrons can stay updated by visiting the restaurant’s website and following its social media channels on Instagram and Facebook. As the community eagerly anticipates this new addition, the brand’s commitment to quality and authenticity promises to make a significant impact in the local dining scene.
