Francis Terrance “Frank” Higgins, aged 78, peacefully passed away on December 5, 2025. He is remembered as a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and grandfather. His family and friends now prepare to honor his life during a funeral service that will take place at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Anoka, Minnesota, on February 5, 2026.
The visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Attendees can expect a luncheon at the church immediately after the service, providing an opportunity for community members to share memories and support one another during this difficult time.
In addition to the funeral service, a Celebration of Life will be organized in early spring in South St. Paul, MN. This event will allow for further remembrance and reflection on the impact that Frank had on those who knew him.
Frank Higgins leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness, and his family hopes that the Peace and Love of Jesus Christ will bring comfort to all who mourn his passing. As they gather to celebrate his life, the community stands united in remembrance of a man who touched many lives.
