Goldberg’s marriage to Sheila Burd Goldberg was a cornerstone of his life. Together, they created a nurturing home in California, where they raised three children: Robert, Michelle, and Sheri. Louis was deeply involved in his children’s lives, instilling strong values and encouraging their pursuits both personally and professionally.

The family also includes his grandchildren: Jennifer Sher and her husband Rabbi Daniel, Steven Smith and his wife Kelby, Amanda Goldberg and her fiancé Zach, Andrew Goldberg and his wife Emily, Rachel Frazin Sofaer, and Sarah Bowens and her husband Brandon, along with his great-grandchildren Levi, Sami, Lily, Rory, and Ari.
