After being sent down to Triple-A, he rebounded with a more impressive .273/.382/.417 line, hitting 11 doubles, eight home runs, and 38 RBI in 73 games. His early success in 2025 led to the Red Sox signing him to a team-friendly contract worth $60 million over eight years.
Given Campbell’s potential and favorable contract, he could attract interest from various teams seeking a cost-effective option. While trading away a player from the previous core group may be painful, Kline argues it could ultimately benefit the franchise.
