Mount’s Thanksgiving message comes as Paramount+ recently confirmed a fifth season for the series during its third season premiere in June 2025. Despite the impending wrap, fans can still look forward to 16 new episodes of Strange New Worlds, with season four anticipated in 2026 and season five likely in 2027.

Mount, who appeared more refreshed in his latest post compared to a previous video where he mentioned feeling exhausted, plans to head to Nashville, Tennessee, for a belated Thanksgiving celebration with family before returning to set on Monday.
At the recent ST: CHI – Trek to Chicago convention, co-star Christina Chong reflected on the bittersweet nature of nearing the end of filming, stating, “We’re about to start shooting the last episode of Strange New Worlds. How crazy is that?”
