Authorities Urgently Seek Help to Find Mother in Fatal DUII Case

UPDATE: Authorities in Multnomah County are urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 29-year-old Angelina Minor, who is wanted for a DUII crash that tragically killed her four-year-old son, Kingston Coston, in March 2024. Minor is now a fugitive after breaching the terms of her supervised release, and a felony warrant for manslaughter has been issued for her arrest.

The fatal incident occurred on March 20, 2024, when Minor, allegedly under the influence, was involved in a hit-and-run on North Lombard Street in Portland. Following the collision, she continued driving, crossed a median, and crashed head-on into another vehicle. Emergency crews found Kingston unconscious at the scene, and he later succumbed to his injuries. Other passengers in the vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries as well.

Authorities report that Minor’s blood alcohol level at the time of the crash was a staggering 0.38, over four times the legal limit. Speed and extreme intoxication were cited as significant factors contributing to this devastating accident.

Minor pleaded guilty to manslaughter and other charges, with her sentencing originally scheduled for late January 2026. However, proceedings have been delayed due to her pregnancy. It remains unclear if she has since given birth. Her last known residence was in North Portland.

In light of her failure to comply with supervised release terms, officials from the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office are urging anyone who may have information on Minor’s whereabouts to contact law enforcement immediately. This search is critical for ensuring justice for Kingston and to prevent any further tragedies.

Anyone with leads is encouraged to call the authorities as the situation develops. The community is on high alert as the pursuit for Minor intensifies.
