URGENT UPDATE: Two individuals have been hospitalized with minor injuries following a significant five-car crash in Clearfield, Utah. The incident, which occurred earlier today, has caused major traffic disruptions in the area.

According to Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Mike Alexander, the crash was triggered when the rear-most driver, distracted and failing to pay attention, rear-ended the vehicle in front of them. The crash blocked four out of five lanes, creating significant delays for commuters. Authorities confirmed that, by 3:30 p.m., only the on/off lane from 700 South to Antelope Drive remained obstructed, allowing some traffic to resume. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes as cleanup efforts continue.
