UPDATE: Nationally acclaimed motivational speaker Erika Rothenberger will take the stage at 6 p.m. on February 17, 2024, at The Hill School Center For The Arts in Pottstown. This urgent event, hosted by Pottstown CARES, promises to empower attendees with insights into the transformative power of meaningful connections.
The free program is open to all ages within the Pottstown School District and Hill’s campus community. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. at the CFTA lot located at 760 Beech St., ensuring ample time for attendees to arrive and settle in.
Rothenberger, known for her dynamic presentations, combines her rich experience as a female executive in the male-dominated construction industry with her personal journey of resilience following a violent attack in 2022. Her story is one of transformation, motivating her to advocate for purposeful living and personal growth.
As highlighted on her website, Rothenberger has shared her expertise at prestigious venues including TEDx and Princeton University. Attendees can expect to learn vital skills such as making clearer decisions, setting beneficial interpersonal boundaries, and boosting confidence in both professional and personal spheres.
The event will also feature her book, “Audacious Expansion: Breaking Free From Limitations to Create Your Ultimate Life,” available for purchase and signing after her presentation.
This engagement serves as a culmination of a series of professional development activities organized by Pottstown CARES this winter, which includes workshops and photo shoots aimed at enhancing students’ professional presence. Katie Scanlan, CARES Community Organizer, expressed excitement about Rothenberger’s involvement: “Our CARES students were inspired by her story and eager to bring her message to our community.”
CARES, founded in 2013, focuses on initiatives that promote community cohesion and personal development, aligning with its core pillars: Community, Awareness, Responsibility, Education, and Sustainability.
This timely event represents a unique opportunity for students, teachers, and aspiring leaders to connect with an influential figure and equip themselves with skills that can profoundly impact their lives. Don’t miss this chance to be inspired—mark your calendars for February 17!
