Saugus Senior Center Partners with KevTech for Tech Classes in 2026

URGENT UPDATE: The Saugus Senior Center has just announced a partnership with KevTech, set to return in 2026 to enhance technology skills among seniors. Starting in April, this program will offer hands-on assistance, empowering seniors to master the functions of their personal laptops and devices.

Founder Kevin Figueroa, who established KevTech Services five years ago, has a proven track record of aiding seniors in navigating technology. His initiative began with a basic iPhone class at the Marblehead Senior Center and has since expanded to multiple centers.

“This collaboration is vital for our seniors,” Figueroa stated. “Understanding technology can significantly improve their daily lives and connectivity.” The program aims to provide accessible tech education, addressing the growing need for digital literacy among the elderly.

Figueroa has also applied for a Cultural Council grant to ensure these classes remain free for participants in Saugus, further emphasizing the importance of community support.

With technology becoming increasingly integral to everyday life, this initiative is crucial for seniors looking to stay engaged and informed. As classes approach, local residents can expect more details on sign-up procedures and schedules in the coming weeks.

Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story as the Saugus Senior Center prepares to launch these impactful tech classes.
