Urgent Arrest Made in N.J. Dispensary Robbery by Masked Suspect

Police responded to the dispensary, located in the 600 block of Mantua Avenue, after reports of a robbery in progress. Sparks allegedly entered the business through a drive-thru window while wearing a wolf mask and brandishing a crowbar. He confronted employees, stole a cash drawer, and fled the scene, leading to an immediate police investigation.

Surveillance images shared by police reveal Sparks in the act, including a dramatic shot of him falling from the drive-thru window during his escape. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported during this frightening encounter.

Following thorough investigations, police conducted a search at Sparks’ residence on South Childs Street in Woodbury, where they arrested him. Notably, employees indicated that Sparks had previously worked at the dispensary, even bringing the wolf mask to work in the past.

During questioning, Sparks confessed to the robbery, revealing he spent the stolen cash at an Atlantic City casino shortly after the crime. He now faces serious charges, including first-degree robbery and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.
