BREAKING: A tense standoff in Vacaville, California, has ended with the arrest of Lucky Ceasar Ramos, 31, after he was seen brandishing a weapon outside a home. The incident unfolded around 9:45 a.m. on Friday morning, prompting a significant police response that lasted several hours.
According to Vacaville Police, multiple reports indicated Ramos was wielding a gun in the 400 block of Harvest Circle. Officers quickly arrived and began gathering statements from nearby residents. However, when police attempted to establish contact with Ramos, he barricaded himself inside the residence, escalating the situation.
The area was cordoned off as specialized police units, including SWAT and negotiation teams, were deployed. Sgt.
